Witezy is a marketplace operated by Dcrayons ("Witezy", "we", "us") that connects brands with creators. Brands list their products; creators pick products, set their own selling price, and sell them on their own storefront at name.witezy.com. The brand remains the seller of record for every order and is responsible for GST, invoicing, and dispatch. Witezy provides the technology, storefronts, payment routing, and payout infrastructure — we are not the seller of the products.
By creating an account, listing products, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Witezy.
You must give accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law. Brand and creator accounts are reviewed before they go live; approval is at our discretion.
As a creator you choose which approved products to list and set your selling price within the range the brand allows. Your margin is the difference between the brand's floor price and your selling price, less platform fees. You are responsible for how you promote your store and must not make false or misleading claims about products. You may not list products you are not authorised to sell.
As a brand you are the seller of record. You are responsible for the accuracy of your product information, pricing, stock, statutory compliance (including GST and any product licensing), and for dispatching orders on time. You confirm you have the right to sell the products you list and that they are safe and lawful. You authorise creators to resell your listed products through their storefronts on the terms you set.
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by our payment partner (Razorpay); we do not store full card details. Placing an order is an offer to buy, which is accepted when the brand confirms and dispatches. Witezy charges the brand and creator a platform fee on each sale, disclosed in your dashboard. Payouts to brands and creators are released according to the settlement schedule shown in your account, after any returns or reversals.
Orders are shipped by the brand through our logistics partner (Shiprocket). Delivery estimates are indicative, not guaranteed. Risk and title in the goods pass per the brand's sale terms and applicable law.
Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these terms. Because the brand is the seller of record, return eligibility follows the brand's policy and the law.
You agree not to: break any law; infringe others' rights; upload harmful, deceptive, or counterfeit content; probe, scrape, or attack the platform or attempt to access another tenant's data; misuse coupons or payments; or use Witezy to send spam. We may remove content or restrict access to protect users and the platform.
Witezy and its software, design, and marks are owned by us or our licensors. Brands and creators keep ownership of the content they upload and grant us a licence to host and display it to operate the service. You may not copy or reuse the platform beyond normal use of the service.
Witezy is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the platform fees you paid to us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Disputes about a specific product are between the buyer and the brand as seller of record; we will help where we reasonably can.
You may stop using Witezy at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or the law, or to protect users. Some clauses (payments owed, IP, liability) survive termination.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will post the new version here with a revised date, and material changes will be notified in your dashboard. Continuing to use Witezy after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at our registered place of business have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer law.
